Director & Founding Partner

Ineu Susanti,loves real-estate and design. After 10 years of a successful corporate career in Prague, Czech republic, she had returned to her hometown Pangandaran to create modern living while respecting local community and culture. Santi is a detail-oriented person and an inspiring leader. In her free time, she likes to enjoy quality time with her family, cook or travel.

Marek Banka

Founding partner

Marek is a highly experienced real estate professional and gained a great reputation and credit by developing or managing several successful projects in Prague, Czech Republic. Besides real estate, he has a big passion for Indonesian culture and nature. In his free time he likes to swim, play beach volleyball, study geography or travel.

Erik Petrus

Architect & Projectant

Erik is a Czech architect, urban planner and theoretician of architecture. He has designed a number of highly successful projects in the Czech republic, Turkey and Indonesia. His endeavor is to make buildings and spaces evoke emotions and that the buildings are iconic but also contextual. In his free time, Erik likes to travel and experience new cultures.

Indah Setiani

Finance & Administration Manager

Indah is a punctual and very detail oriented person. She take care of book keeping, preparing reports and coordinating other paperwork. In her free time Indah likes to travel and spend time with friends.
